Great Mother's Day Gift Idea

Credit for adorable  soup can planter goes to my amazing mom who is a 2nd grade teacher.  She has used this fun idea for years to help her students make Mother's Day gifts.  She asked me to make an updated version for her in photoshop and it turned out so cute I thought I should share it with my lovely readers.
